Our aim
At Watts Industries UK Ltd we appreciate the implications of poor service delivery and the effect that this can have on your business. We have a number of agreements with customers, some of which turnover in excess of £1m per year, and we directly feed components to their factories, which would stop production if supply were to be interrupted. We have developed a very strong sense of customer service, which is imperative if we are to avoid “panic recoveries” which result in considerable expense for both parties.
We are quality assured to ISO 9001:2000 and undertake regular audits of our systems to ensure that we are achieving the best possible standards. We also look to our customers to provide us with feedback on our service levels to ensure that we have a holistic approach to our business. We carry a large stock of equipment, which is available for immediate despatch, and we are keen to work with our customers to identify the optimum stock levels. Similarly, we are happy to work in collaboration with our customers and actively support key performance indicators (KPI), which provide a valuable method of driving forward our standards of quality and service.
